Red Light Therapy

Red light saunas, full-body and desktop panels, stands, and the Radiant Face Mask.

Buying guidance

A sauna, a panel, or both.

Red light saunas combine heat and light in one session. Panels and stands deliver red light on its own, in far less space. The Radiant Face Mask is the most portable option of the three.

About this collection

Sun Home’s red light therapy range runs from a worn face mask to full-body panels to saunas with red light built in. Each uses red and near-infrared LED wavelengths in the ranges most studied in photobiomodulation research, to support muscle recovery, skin appearance, and relaxation.

Whether you want full-body coverage or targeted treatment, explore the range below and find the device that fits your routine.

Targeted Wavelengths and High-Irradiance LEDs

Our red light panels and the Radiant® Face Mask use red light around 660nm and near-infrared light around 850nm — the ranges most studied in photobiomodulation research, which focuses on how this light is absorbed by the mitochondria and its role in cellular energy production.

Use the panels at the recommended 6 to 24 inches. The Radiant® Face Mask delivers 55 mW/cm² of red and near-infrared light, 16 mW/cm² amber, and 71 mW/cm² blue.

Research into red and near-infrared light looks at circulation and inflammation; results vary by individual and by protocol.

Devices for Face, Full-Body, and Sauna

The FDA-cleared Radiant® Face Mask is designed exclusively to improve facial complexion — reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne, pigmentation and redness across the face and neck, using red and blue light. It is worn hands-free, so it fits into an existing skincare routine without occupying your hands.

For whole-body coverage, our Medical-Grade Full Body Red Light Panel (1800W) gives full-body coverage that athletes use as part of a recovery routine, and the Medical-Grade Desktop Red Light Panel (300W) handles targeted treatment on a tabletop. Both carry on-panel timer and mode controls, and both run independently of any sauna.

The Eclipse™ sauna series integrates red light therapy towers with full-spectrum heat, creating a single space for hands-free red light exposure during a sauna session. On the Luminar, a red light therapy tower is available as an add-on — and it is the only red light device tested and approved for use inside a Luminar sauna. Never put a consumer red light panel inside a hot sauna cabin. Wear protective eyewear whenever you use red light therapy, and stay seated during a hot session.
