Order Change & Cancellation Policy

Order Changes:
Orders may be modified or canceled on the same day they are placed, during our normal business hours.

Order Cancellations:

  • Preorder & Backordered Products: Pre-ordered and backordered products are defined as those showing a shipment lead time on the product page of our website. Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to the balance collection date. Backorders may be canceled prior to the communicated shipping window. A $250 administrative cancellation fee applies to all post-purchase cancellations.

  • In-Stock Products: Orders may be canceled within 1 business day of purchase. A 25% restocking fee applies. After this window, the order is considered "shipped" and will follow our standard Return Policy below.

Return Policy

RED LIGHT THERAPY, SAUNA BLANKET, SAUNA MASK

Sun Home Saunas stands by our products and we’re confident they will improve your quality of life. We are proud to offer a risk-free return policy. If you are within 30 days of your Blanket or Mask delivery, or 45 days of your Red Light Therapy delivery, and your item is in like-new condition, you may be eligible for a return.

Your return will be issued upon inspection. Please access our returns portal to get started.

The above does not apply for the red light therapy add-on for the Luminar. Please contact [email protected] if you wish to return this product. A $250 cancellation fee applies if the product is ordered and cancelled prior to shipment. 

If your return is approved, your total payment will be refunded within 21 days of receiving your returned item.  Accessories, including Premium Bamboo Inserts and Cleaning Sprays, are nonreturnable.

SAUNA AND COLD PLUNGE (including accessories)

Eligible Returns – Packaged, Unused Products Only:

Products may only be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain unused and in their original, unopened packaging. A 25% restocking fee + outbound and inbound shipping costs will apply.

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on uncrated, assembled, or used saunas or cold plunges under any circumstances.

Custom orders, made-to-order traditional saunas, private label, or non-standard models are non-refundable.

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE (GWP)

Gifts with purchase (GWP) are non-refundable and are provided as a courtesy with qualifying purchases. If the qualifying item of greater value is returned, the value of the GWP will be deducted from your refund unless the gift is also returned unused and in original condition. Please note: If the GWP is not returned or is returned used or damaged, the full retail value of the gift will be subtracted from your refund total.
