Refund policy
ORDER CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
All order change and cancellation requests must be submitted by email to or by phone to 844-728-6200, with the customer's full name and order number. We will follow up with you as soon as possible once your request is received.
Order Changes — Order changes may be requested during normal business hours. Changes are subject to order status and cannot be guaranteed once an item has entered fulfillment.
Order Cancellations — A 3% cancellation fee applies per product to all cancellations, regardless of product type or order timing.
Pre-Order Products — A pre-order is placed when a product is temporarily out of stock. Pre-orders may be canceled at any time prior to your communicated ship date. A 3% cancellation fee applies per product to all cancellations within this window. After your communicated ship date, your order enters fulfillment and the following additional fees apply per product canceled: a 25% restocking fee applies; roundtrip shipping costs may also apply depending on the status of your shipment at the time of the cancellation request. If your order was placed under a free shipping promotion, the actual roundtrip freight cost will be deducted from your refund.
In-Stock Products — You may cancel an in-stock order within 24 hours of your order being placed. A 3% cancellation fee applies per product during this window. After 24 hours, your order enters fulfillment and the following additional fees apply per product canceled: a 25% restocking fee applies; roundtrip shipping costs may also apply depending on the status of your shipment at the time of the cancellation request. If your order was placed under a free shipping promotion, the actual roundtrip freight cost will be deducted from your refund. Once an order enters fulfillment, it is subject to our Return Policy below. Note: Some products ship quickly. Submit your cancellation request as soon as possible.
Receiving Your Delivery — Please inspect your shipment carefully at the time of delivery before the driver leaves. Note any visible damage to boxes or packaging directly on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign it. If you suspect damage to the contents even when the outer packaging appears intact, open the relevant boxes before the driver departs and document any damage found. If you discover concealed damage after the driver has left, contact us at as soon as possible with photos and a description of the damage. If an item delivered by a commercial shipping company is refused for any reason other than damage or shipping error, the item shall be treated as a Return and will follow our standard Return Policy below.
RETURN POLICY
Sauna and Cold Plunge (Including Accessories) — Eligible Returns, Packaged, Unused Products Only — Sauna and Cold Plunge products may only be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain unused and in their original, unopened packaging. A 25% restocking fee plus outbound and inbound shipping costs will apply, even if your order was placed during a free shipping promotion. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued, less applicable fees and shipping costs, within 21 days of receiving your returned item. For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on uncrated, assembled, or used saunas or cold plunges under any circumstances. Custom orders, made-to-order traditional saunas, private label, or non-standard models are non-refundable.
Red Light Therapy, Sauna Blanket, Sauna Mask — Red Light Therapy Products (Blankets, Masks, etc.): Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging in like-new condition. Items showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for return. If your product arrives defective or experiences a verified manufacturing defect, we will promptly replace the item or issue a refund in accordance with our warranty policy. If your return is approved, your total payment will be refunded within 21 days of receiving your returned item. Accessories, including Premium Bamboo Inserts and Cleaning Sprays, are nonreturnable. Free Gift with Purchase (GWP) — Gifts with purchase (GWP) are non-refundable and are provided as a courtesy with qualifying purchases. If the qualifying item of greater value is returned, the value of the GWP will be deducted from your refund unless the gift is also returned unused and in original condition. If the GWP is not returned or is returned used or damaged, the full retail value of the gift will be subtracted from your refund total.
