Amazing Quality
I experienced my first cold plunge on a cruise last year and was amazed at how it made me feel Got back from the cruise and spent 4 months researching cold plunges. After all my research I found this one to be the hands down winner. I order it along with a Sun Home Equinox Sauna. Both items shipped fast and delivery was great. The cold plunge is large but looks great. The Unit is so easy to use. I live in Florida and the unit has no problem keeping the temp right where I want it. Setup was so simple. I love doing the combination of the Sauna then plunge. Feel like a million bucks after.
Best Decision Ever!
For a year, I researched all different types of cold plunges all while I used an old horse trough with ice to do my plunge. A few months ago, I pulled the trigger on what I believe is hands down the best cold plunge on the market. The cold plunge pro is extremely high quality. We live in Florida and the cold plunge has no problem keeping the temp at 45 degrees while sitting outside next to our barn. I've lost power for 24 hrs and the plunge only changed temperature by two degrees. So it is obviously very well insulated! It is extremely easy to access, clean and replace the filters. Deliver was so simple. We unboed it and rolled it over to its final resting place, filled it up and plugged her in. SunHome Saunas customer service is exceptional. Extremely quick response time and so very helpful. I lost the o ring for one of the filters while cleaning it and they sent me a whole new kit in just a matter of days. Next, we will be ordering the outdoor infrared sauna for our complete recovery setup! Can't say enough great things about our plunge and this company.

Addictive addition to morning routine
After months and months of research into all the different types and brands of cold plunges, I landed on the Sun Home Cold Plunge™ Pro. It was between this one and the Plunge All In, but I ultimately chose this one based on a couple factors, the biggest of which was build quality. Other factors included the wheels on this unit, the overall look and feel which is an aesthetic I prefer, the size of the plunge interior space, and the quality of the cover. I've had this over a month, and it was one of the best purchases I ever made. Setting it up was easy, it worked from the start, and it is always ready to go and drops temperature quickly when I need to lower it. We received it in September during a heat wave, and it held temperatures consistently despite battling high outdoor temps. I use this every day along with sauna, and I feel great mentally and physically. Most surprising has been that my other family members -- who had NO desire to cold plunge -- love it as much as I do and now plunge daily. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend this unit!

My family friends owns one of these and I’ve used it multiple times after a gym session. My husband uses it as well! Usually the day after my workout I am sore…. However, after using this after my workout my body feels so fresh. My husband and I are looking into buying our own! If you’re thinking about buying this, pull the trigger.
