Your Sun Home infrared sauna comes with a limited lifetime warranty (7 years) on cabinetry and heaters, and 3 years on controls. Our infrared heaters have an estimated operational life of at least 30,000 hours. With daily sauna use, these heaters will last over 100 years. All Sun Home sauna cabins are both kiln dried and air dried to 7% moisture content then each panel is pressed. This process prevents any warping or cracking of the wood. All electrical components in your Sun Home sauna are manufactured to exacting standards and every sauna is tested and run for several hours before it ships out.
In the rare event an issue occurs with your sauna, the warranty covers the entire sauna - heaters, controls, electrical components, and wood, as well as the built-in audio system. First Class
After researching for about a year, I decided to purchase this Sauna and I received it a few days ago and was installed today. Just had first 30 minute session and the sauna got all the way up to 155°, which is far superior to any other Sauna I looked at. Don't hesitate any longer this is a must have!

I recently purchased the Sun Home, Equinox 2 person Full Spectrum, Black Edition Sauna for my home, and it’s been an absolute game-changer. Setting it up was a breeze, it took approximately two hours to assemble, no major tools, with clear instructions. The sleek design, with eucalyptus finish, and aesthetically, it is great piece furniture. The heat kicks in fast. I like the built-in control panel—it’ is user friendly, letting me tweak the temp and time without fumbling around. The infrared and full spectrum heaters are a standout; they heat my muscles, not just the air, so I feel that post-workout relief every time. Plus, it’s quiet—no loud fans or weird hums, just peace and serenity. I have the option to use light therapy as well. I’ve been using it 5-6 times a week for 30- 60 minute sessions, and my sleep has improved, I lost 20lbs and my energy has increased tremendously. If you’re on the fence about an in-home sauna, Sun Home saunas are dream. Invest in your health. It is reliable, cozy, and totally transformative!

Great sauna!
Have been loving the sauna overall and using it regularly has been a great addition to my wellness routine. Only feedback would be to include an app so that the sauna can be turned on remotely to heat up.
High quality sauna
This is a well made, well packaged, easy to assemble sauna. I have been using it for about a month now and everything works exactly as designed. It did not come with a user manual and I could not find one online but customer service sent me one within hours of requesting it. Fantastic customer service and excellent product.
Best purchase in a long time if not ever
The process to purchase our sauna was simple and seamless. Delivery was timely and well done. It was super simple to put together and we were ready to use it in about an hour. It has been a great addition to our workout routine and is used daily by us with zero issues. Super happy with our purchase with zero issues.
VERY HAPPY!
Every single thing about this sauna is AWESOME! Delivery was easy and the directions for assembly were well written and clear (AND you DO actually need 2 people to assemble it— just like the directions say)! The sauna experience is like no other- and I’ve tried lots of saunas throughout my life. I decided on this one because it is the best in its class— we are very happy with our sauna-ing experience! Only regret is that I thought about it a month or two too long- I could have been saunaing instead!
Great Quality Sauna
We’ve been really enjoying our Sauna so far. It was easy to put together and is perfect for our needs. I've been using it almost every day after working out. Initially, I was worried about missing the steam of a traditional sauna but I don't at all. I also can't say enough good things about the Blueetooth speakers!!
