Much better sleep!
We love, love our sauna! I had restless legs for years, I tried many things to remedy this issue. Nothing has worked like this red light sauna. I am amazed at how restful my legs and sleep are after just 10 minutes every other day in the red light.
Spa experience at home!
We have one of the first Eclipse models available and we're extremely happy with it! We have it set up in our garage gym and it looks super sleek. The red light panels truly are a game changer and make the sauna experience feel even more spa-like. I like that you can control each red light panel separately, so if I want to have the left one on longer than my wife, she can turn hers off. The 2-person is comfortable enough for two average sized people to sauna together, but I will say if you want to stretch out or like a little more space go for the 4 person. That one has a bench that can be removed too, which would be a great option for yoga. Delivery was great. The crate is very large, so having at least 2-3 people to help unpack it is a must. Assembly was straightforward, just like any other piece of furniture. Just make sure you have your electrical set up before your sauna arrives so you can plug it in and use it right away!
