01 Prep the Site

Luminar needs a completely level, load-bearing outdoor surface with drainage that never pools at the base. Leave 4–6 inches behind and beside it, and 20–24 inches above the roof for service access.

02 Plan the Power

Both models run on dedicated 240V GFCI circuits — 20A for the 2-person, 30A for the 5-person — installed by a licensed electrician, at least 5 feet from other electrical devices.

03 Delivery Day

It arrives palletized at the curb. Prefabricated panels assemble with two or more people — set aside a half day and have the circuit ready before the truck comes.

Glass-tube full-spectrum heaters deliver visible radiant heat while flat carbon far-infrared panels warm from the floor, walls, and calf line.

Thick double-pane black glass, a soft-close door, an oxygen ionizer, and a fitted all-weather cover come standard.

Purpose-built for outdoors, year-round — it operates below 25°F, though cold ambient air extends warm-up time.

The 2-person is 57 inches wide; the 5-person spans 82 inches with two benches long enough to stretch out on.

Pair the app over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, stream audio via Bluetooth or USB, and run the optional red light panel on its own independent controls.

Towel on the bench, damp-cloth wipe after — never chemical cleaners on the cedar.

02 On a Schedule

Wash the interior weekly with daily use; light sanding lifts perspiration stains, and furniture polish keeps the exterior sharp.

03 Seasons & Storage

The all-weather cover is included; using it is optional. It helps protect the exterior. Clear snow from the base and roof (it's not built to carry more than a foot), and keep ventilation openings clear.
