At the heart of every Nova is a HUUM DROP electric sauna heater — a Finnish-designed unit built for traditional steam bathing. Pour water over heated stones to produce löyly, the signature steam of a Finnish sauna. The 3-Person model ships with a 6kW heater on a 30A dedicated 240V circuit; the 5-Person model uses a 7.5kW heater on a 40A circuit. Temperature control and scheduling are managed in the Wi-Fi-enabled HUUM app.
Canadian Cedar Interior
Naturally Moisture-Resistant & Built to Endure
The interior is finished entirely in Canadian cedar, a softwood prized in traditional bathhouse construction for its natural dimensional stability and moisture resistance. The grain is smooth and warm to the touch even at high temperatures. Marine-grade stainless steel fasteners are used throughout to prevent corrosion in the high-humidity environment.

The back wall features carbonized hexagonal tiles sourced from Estonia and laid by hand. The carbonization process heat-treats the wood for dimensional stability and a distinctive darkened finish that contrasts with the lighter cedar interior. Combined with thermal-optimized black privacy glass on the front panel, Nova delivers a cohesive dark aesthetic inside and out.

Both Nova models include a dual-stack bench configuration: a high-heat upper bench closer to the heater and a lower bench for a milder experience. This allows multiple users to choose their preferred intensity in the same session. Built-in electric ventilation circulates fresh air continuously, so no manual airing is needed after use.
