What to Know Before Solstice Arrives

01 Prep the Site

A level, dry indoor spot with 4 inches of wall clearance and 12 inches above the cabin is all any Solstice needs.

02 Plan the Power

The 1- to 3-person models each take a dedicated 120V, 20A circuit; the 4-person requires 240V. Include a GFCI or dual-function (AFCI/GFCI) breaker on that circuit and check local code.

03 Delivery Day

Panels assemble indoors on delivery day. The 10-foot cord exits the back-left of the roof — plan your outlet on that side.

01 After Each Session

Wipe the interior down, keep a towel on the bench, and let it dry.

02 On a Schedule

A sauna care kit and a weekly wipe-down (for daily users) are the whole program.

03 What to Avoid

Dry heat is the whole point — keep water, harsh cleaners, and abrasives off the wood and there's little else to do. (Moisture and pest damage sit outside warranty coverage, so dry and indoors is the rule.)

How Owners Make Solstice Part of the Day

Sauna heats up quick and stays hot. Very easy to install and delivery was simple. I would highly recommend due to the quality of the product

The infrared panels heat up fairly quickly (in our cold basement) and provide a consistent, penetrating warmth that feels great on muscles and joints.
Within about 30-40 minutes, it reaches a comfortable temperature, and the heat distribution is even across both seating positions even if the front panel feels a bit weak on heat.

Assembly was straightforward and took under two hours with basic tools. The front door side was by far the heaviest.

Downside is the lack of wifi related features in a wifi-connected society. Controls are basic and do not offer home or remote integration.
