DESIGNED TO FIT IN

What to Know Before Pod Arrives

01 Prep the Site

A level, dry indoor spot is all it takes — the footprint is about 40 inches across. Leave roughly 20 inches of working room during setup.

02 Plan the Power

The Pod runs on its own dedicated 120V, 20A circuit. One plug, one circuit, done.

03 Delivery Day

It arrives flat-packed and assembles in place — a second person makes the panel work faster and safer.

01 The Cabin

A sleek black exterior wraps a natural Canadian Hemlock interior in a circular 360-degree design that fits where square saunas can't.

02 The Heat Source

Far-infrared heating wraps the single-seat cabin, with a built-in red light panel front and center.

03 The Details

Chromotherapy, ambient lighting, Bluetooth audio, and app connectivity — the full-size feature set in a one-person footprint.

01 Where It Lives

A dry, temperature-controlled, well-ventilated indoor space. It's freestanding by design — just preserve access to the top and rear connections.

02 Made for One

One person, 77.5 inches tall, roughly the floor space of an armchair — the smallest way into daily infrared sessions.

03 Stay Connected

Pair the app over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and your music over Bluetooth; the red light panel runs on its own controls.

01 After Each Session

Wipe the interior, keep a towel on the seat, and let it dry with the vents unobstructed.

02 On a Schedule

A sauna care kit keeps the Hemlock fresh; exterior scuffs touch up with a matching semi-gloss black.

03 What to Avoid

Keep water and harsh cleaners out of the cabin — infrared likes it dry — and leave the ventilation openings clear so the Pod can breathe.

FROM SUN HOME OWNERS

Small Space. Meaningful Impact.

The pod holds heat very well, heats up consistently, and feels very high-end. Assembly was also much easier than expected, which was a huge plus.

The controls are intuitive, the temperature is consistent, and the sauna heats up quickly.

Kevin O. · Pod 1 · 5/5 · Jun 17, 2026

It heats up quickly and is the perfect size—more than enough room for one person to relax comfortably. The ambient lighting is such a nice touch and really adds to the overall experience.

This has become a part of our every day health routine. We've had it for about a month so far, and so far so good!

Kaylee W. · Pod 1 · 5/5 · May 1, 2026

It heats up fast, the sessions are comfortable and relaxing, and it’s become a core part of my daily wellness routine alongside my workouts.

Travis L. · Pod 1 · 5/5 · Jul 28, 2026

Love the sauna I use it almost everyday…after workouts during the week and to start my day on weekends. It heats up quickly and feels very luxurious. Two things could use improvement…volume control for the speakers and upgraded WiFi connection.

Laurie B. · Pod 1 · 5/5 · May 1, 2026

The design is sleek and modern, and it fits perfectly in the corner of our home gym without taking up too much space.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail really stand out. You can tell this isn’t a cheaply made sauna — it feels solid, well-designed, and built to last. It also looks fantastic in our space.

Kevin L. · Pod 1 · 5/5 · Aug 27, 2026

Recently ordered the 1-person infrared sauna and its been a great purchase. Incredibly easy to build, and setup.

Andrew N. · Pod 1 · 5/5 · Jan 12, 2026

Any and all setup issues were solved readily. I'm now enjoying the full benefits of my sauna.

Gary P. · Pod 1 · 5/5 · Apr 14, 2026

The install was relatively simple for me and my boyfriend. The 2 of us could carry the pieces into where we were going to have it located and also put it together. The video online was much easier to follow than the directions it came with. Customer support is fast and reliable.
