Your Sun Home infrared sauna comes with a limited lifetime warranty (7 years) on cabinetry and heaters, and 3 years on controls. Our infrared heaters have an estimated operational life of at least 30,000 hours. With daily sauna use, these heaters will last over 100 years. All Sun Home sauna cabins are both kiln dried and air dried to 7% moisture content then each panel is pressed. This process prevents any warping or cracking of the wood. All electrical components in your Sun Home sauna are manufactured to exacting standards and every sauna is tested and run for several hours before it ships out.
In the rare event an issue occurs with your sauna, the warranty covers the entire sauna - heaters, controls, electrical components, and wood, as well as the built-in audio system. Well done!
We recently purchased a 1 person sauna. Much to our surprise it was shipped faster thatn we anticipated. upon receipt, the glass door was broken during shipping. I was sure I would be hasseled over the issue. However, one email and a follow-up photo of the door and the issue was resolved. I would rate the customer service on an issue as excellent. I am awaithing the door to complete installation and "fire it up"!

I purchased the 1-person infrared sauna primarily for my husband - this was based on recommendation from my step-daughter who uses one regularly at her gym in TN (with her husband) -- they are ex-military/military with many medical issues between them -- they swear by it. My husband has prostate cancer and experiences numerous (and never ending) side effects as a result of medication after radiation - and this will continue for at least another 18 months. I was willing to try anything that would give him relief and this was $$ well spent. The warmth/heat of the sauna is so soothing and the corresponding "sweat" therapeutic in its own right. We are still experimenting with the chakra lights/colors with the different focuses. Anxiety / depression / feelings of anger have been the primary chakra focus for both of us (with both of us feeling more "uplifted" after each session). We ordered our sauna at the end of November at Thanksgiving and then set up after delivery the latter part of December -- set-up took some time (2 people) but overall very easy -- magnets, no screws for the most part. Since we traveled quite a bit through holidays, we have only had a "run" of about 5 days straight in the sauna "at most," to date. In just that short amount of consecutive days, the sauna has made a drastic difference in the texture and quality of our skin (winters in MT are brutal) and it's pretty amazing. I look forward to my 30 minute sessions soooo much! I turn it on, head in after 30 min after it heats followed by my husband -- we haven't seen a real impact at all on our electric bill. The Bluetooth for me is invaluable, it is a huge PLUS -- it allows me to jam while I sweat a good sweat and practice chair aerobics, only increasing the satisfaction of more "good sweat." I have chatted this up to everyone I know that might be able to find benefit with this product ---- WORTH EVERY PENNY! I look forward to getting much more use from this sauna in the future! This is great for my husband --- it doesn't eliminate his side effects, but since he feels so much better after using it, it is a sure Win! Thank you Sun Home! Peggy B.
Better Than Expected
In the 3 months between ordering my sauna and it arriving, I read numerous articles questioning the health benefits of infrared saunas and was worried I’d wasted my money. After less than an hour putting together my sauna, I did my inaugural session and all I can say is “wow”. It takes a bit to heat up (~40 minutes), but once to 110F+ my heart rate was over 100 bpm and I was sweating. After 30 minutes and a cool shower, I felt great. Just a few sessions in, my skin is less oily, I feel more energetic, and I love my sauna. Best of all, the speakers work much better than I expected and with a new “spa playlist” I just sit back, relax and escape the day. I’m looking forward to seeing my stress improve. Lastly, after reading the benefits of infrared sauna workouts, I bought some resistance bands and will be giving that a try. Thanks Sun Home for making a quality, at-home sauna!

Other than the wait time for my sauna (over 4 months) the unit arrived packed superbly. It was easy to put together and it looks beautiful in my remodeled bathroom. The Solstice 1 Person Ultra-Low EMF Far Infrared Sauna - We are really enjoying our new sauna. The set up is easy and took about 1.5 hours. There is plenty of space and feels very open with the glass front. Very stylish.
These saunas are great. Quality, price, performance, packaging, are all great. Very easy to assemble, and heats up quickly. I use it about 3 or 4 times a week and love it every time I use it.
We received this in great condition and setup was a breeze. It heats up in about 20 minutes to my desired temp (130) and i could not be happier. Best investment made!
