Comprehensive Warranty
Your Sun Home infrared sauna comes with a limited lifetime warranty (7 years) on cabinetry and heaters, and 3 years on controls. Our infrared heaters have an estimated operational life of at least 30,000 hours. With daily sauna use, these heaters will last over 100 years. All Sun Home sauna cabins are both kiln dried and air dried to 7% moisture content then each panel is pressed. This process prevents any warping or cracking of the wood. All electrical components in your Sun Home sauna are manufactured to exacting standards and every sauna is tested and run for several hours before it ships out.
In the rare event an issue occurs with your sauna, the warranty covers the entire sauna - heaters, controls, electrical components, and wood, as well as the built-in audio system. Sauna
We are enjoying our sauna now after a rough start. Sauna was delivered unannounced later in the day, so we weren’t able to get the extra help with it that we needed. The videos are deceiving, because it was very heavy. Instructions weren’t very clear as far as the wiring needed. Now that we have it running we love it.
Sun Home Solstice 2
The Sun Home team reached out immediately after purchasing to notify me that the design was on back order, but it took less time than predicted for manufacturing and delivery! Our sauna arrived a few weeks ago and it was extremely easy to assemble with two people. Currently our only compliant is the time it takes to heat up (1.5-2hrs) which may be due to the sauna being in an unfinished basement (ambient temperature is cold). We are hoping time to heat up will improve once we finish the basement. Overall we have been very happy with the sauna thus far.

Purchased an Solstice 3 person person sauna, delivery went without an issue, packaging was great. Assembled it myself in 3 hours, directions were the best I have ever received for a product Been using it for a week, temp gets to 140F within 10 minutes. Using it everyday , its changing my life, better sleep, no joint or muscle aches.
