We understand that sometimes plans shift. This article outlines how order changes and cancellations are handled for in-stock, pre-order, and backordered products.
We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before completing their purchase.
Order Changes
Orders may be modified or canceled on the same day they are placed, during our normal business hours.
If you need to update your shipping address, payment method, or product selection, please contact our team as soon as possible. Once an order moves into processing, changes may no longer be possible.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.
Pre-Order & Backordered Products
Pre-order and backordered products are defined as items that display a shipment lead time on the product page.
Pre-orders may be canceled prior to the balance collection date.
Backorders may be canceled prior to the communicated shipping window.
All post-purchase cancellations are subject to a $250 administrative cancellation fee.
Once the balance has been collected or the shipping window has begun, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation and will follow the standard Return Policy.
In-Stock Products
In-stock products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, the order is considered processed and released into fulfillment. At that point, it is treated as a return request, even if the item has not yet shipped or been delivered.
A $250 cancellation fee applies to all post-purchase cancellations.
After 24 hours have passed, the order will follow our standard Return Policy.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment delivered by a commercial freight carrier is refused for any reason other than visible shipping damage or carrier error, the order will be treated as a return and will follow our standard Return Policy, including applicable restocking and freight fees.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, cancellations are permitted within the allowed window:
Same day during business hours for order changes
Within 24 hours for in-stock products
Prior to balance collection or the communicated shipping window for pre-order and backordered products
A $250 cancellation fee applies
After these windows, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation and will follow the Return Policy.
Why is there a cancellation fee?
Once an order is placed, administrative processing, inventory allocation, and fulfillment coordination begin. The $250 administrative fee helps offset these operational costs associated with post-purchase cancellations.
Why is my in-stock order considered a return if it has not shipped yet?
After 24 hours, in-stock orders are processed and released into fulfillment. Even if tracking has not been issued, inventory has been allocated and freight coordination may have begun.
For this reason, requests made after the 24-hour window are treated as returns and are subject to restocking and freight terms outlined in the Return Policy.
What happens if I refuse delivery?
Refusing delivery does not cancel the order.
If a shipment is refused for reasons other than visible damage or carrier error, it will be treated as a return and subject to applicable restocking and freight fees under the Return Policy.
Can cancellation fees be waived?
Cancellation fees are standard policy and apply to all post-purchase cancellations. Exceptions are rare and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
