We understand that plans can change. If you need to update your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Change Window

Orders may be modified within 24 hours of placement.

After this window, orders are typically processed and routed for fulfillment, and changes become limited.

Extended flexibility may apply in the following cases:

  • Backordered items: Changes may still be possible until the item is prepared for shipment
  • Full-size sauna and Cold Plunge Pro shipments: Shipping address updates may be possible beyond 24 hours, depending on the shipment’s progress

What Can Be Changed

During the initial 24-hour window, we can typically assist with:

  • Updating the shipping address
  • Modifying items or quantities
  • Adding or removing items

After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, available options are limited. In some cases, we may still be able to assist with:

  • Adding items (may require a separate order)
  • Updating the shipping address for select orders, depending on:
    • Shipping method
    • Fulfillment status
    • Proximity between the original and updated address

Small parcel shipments (UPS/FedEx) are often processed quickly and are less likely to be eligible for changes after this period.

Can I update my shipping address after 24 hours?

In some cases, yes. Freight shipments may allow address updates if they have not reached the local delivery terminal. Small parcel shipments typically cannot be changed once processed.

Why are some orders easier to change than others?

Change availability depends on how the order is shipped and how far it has progressed. Orders that move through fulfillment quickly, like as small parcel shipments, offer less flexibility.

Can I add items to my order after placing it?

We may be able to add items within the first 24 hours. After that, a separate order may be required.

What if my order has already shipped?

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified. You may request a return or exchange after delivery.
