Sauna Questions
Where are your saunas manufactured?
Our saunas are designed and engineered in California. Components are sourced globally and assembled in Asia, similar to many household electronics sold in the United States.
What temperature do your saunas reach?
Maximum temperature varies by model and installation environment. Ambient room temperature and seasonal conditions can affect both heat-up time and peak temperature.
Under ideal conditions, expected maximum ranges are:
Eclipse 2 & 4: Up to 165°F
Luminar 2 & 5: Up to 165°F
Pod Sauna: Up to 149°F
Equinox 2 & 3: 150–155°F
Solstice 1, 2 & 3: 130–140°F
Infrared sessions are commonly enjoyed between 120–130°F.
What is the difference between Full Spectrum and Far Infrared?
Infrared refers to wavelengths of light emitted by sauna heaters. These wavelengths fall along the electromagnetic spectrum from shorter to longer penetration depths:
Red light (visible)
Near Infrared
Mid Infrared
Far Infrared
Red, near, and mid infrared are often associated with skin support and recovery. Far infrared penetrates more deeply and is commonly used for deep sweating, relaxation, and muscle recovery.
Both full-spectrum and far infrared models offer excellent wellness benefits. The right option depends on your personal goals.
Do outdoor saunas require a weather cover?
For outdoor models such as Luminar, a weather cover is advised during rain, snow, and colder months. A cover can also help retain heat and improve warm-up efficiency.
Can I install my sauna close to a wall?
Yes. Be mindful of roof overhang and ensure adequate clearance for proper drainage and airflow.
Do your saunas require special electrical setup?
Some models require a dedicated electrical circuit. Others operate using standard household outlets. We recommend reviewing your specific product page or contacting our team to confirm requirements before installation.
Cold Plunge Questions
Can the Cold Plunge be left on 24/7?
Yes, both Portable and Pro models are designed for continuous operation.
How often do filters need to be changed?
Portable Cold Plunge: Every 4–6 weeks, depending on usage.
Cold Plunge Pro: Every 2–4 weeks, depending on usage.
Can the Cold Plunge operate in freezing temperatures?
Filtration systems should not operate in sub-freezing conditions, as internal components may freeze. Winterization steps are required if the unit will be exposed to freezing temperatures.
How does Ice Making Mode work on the Cold Plunge Pro?
For units manufactured after June 2025:
Setting the temperature to 37°F or below activates Ice Making Mode.
A sanitation cycle runs automatically during this process.
No manual UV activation is required.
At 38°F or above, polar jets must be manually activated.

Red Light Therapy
Do your saunas include red light therapy?
Equinox and Solstice indoor saunas do not include red light therapy and are not compatible with a red light panel add-on.
The Luminar Outdoor Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna is compatible with an optional Red Light Therapy Panel add-on.
Eclipse and Pod saunas come with included red light therapy.
How often can I use the Radiant Red Light Mask?
Recommended use is 10 minutes per session, once or twice daily.
Is the Radiant Red Light Mask FDA approved?
We have applied for FDA approval.

How do I check out using Affirm?
To use Affirm at checkout:
Ensure you are not signed into Shop Pay on your device, or use a different device.
Proceed through checkout and enter your shipping details.
At the Payment Method step, select Alternative Payment Methods and choose Affirm.
You will be redirected to complete the approval process.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Yes. We partner with TrueMed, which allows eligible customers to use HSA/FSA funds after completing a brief health survey.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship Radiant Red Light Masks, Sauna Blankets, and accessories internationally.
Saunas and cold plunges ship within the contiguous 48 United States only. These products are built for U.S. electrical standards. Use outside the United States may void warranty and technical support.
For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico, please contact us for a custom freight quote.
What does Room of Choice delivery include?
Room of Choice delivery includes:
Uncrating the sauna
Moving boxed components to your desired setup location
Removal and disposal of packaging materials
This service does not include installation or assembly. Availability varies by model and location.
Do you offer installation services?
Our products are designed for self-installation. Installation is handled either by the customer or by third-party providers.
Many customers choose to work with Pure Install for professional installation services.
We recommend scheduling installation on a separate day from delivery, and only after confirming your delivery date with the freight carrier. This avoids conflicts or delays.
