Room of Choice Delivery is our upgraded delivery experience designed to make receiving your sauna easier and more convenient than standard curbside drop-off.

Instead of leaving your order at the curb, the delivery team brings the components of your sauna to where you plan to set it up.

What Is Room of Choice Delivery?

With Room of Choice Delivery, a professional delivery team will:

  • Schedule a delivery appointment with you in advance

  • Deliver your sauna components to a garage, covered patio, or interior room of your choice

  • Remove and dispose of all trash and packing materials

This service helps minimize heavy lifting and gets your Sauna or Cold Plunge to its final setup location.

What to Expect

1. Delivery Scheduling

Once your order reaches the local delivery terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window that works for you.

2. Delivery Day

On the day of delivery, the team will:

  • Arrive within the scheduled window, with a 30-minute call ahead

  • Unload your sauna or cold plunge from the truck

  • Bring the product to your designated room of choice or outdoor location

  • Remove and dispose of the trash and packaging

Placement must be safe and easily accessible for the delivery team.

3. After Delivery

After your order is delivered:

  • Inspect all pieces for any visible damage before signing

  • Your sauna or cold plunge will be ready for assembly with included instructions

  • Our support team is available if you need help during setup

What’s Not Included

Room of Choice Delivery is designed to assist with placement, but there are a few limitations:

  • No placement in hard-to-reach or unsafe areas

  • No assembly or installation

If your setup location involves stairs, tight turns, or long distances, we recommend measuring those spaces, planning ahead for additional help, and letting us know so we can inform the delivery team.

Preparing for Delivery

A little preparation goes a long way in ensuring a smooth experience:

  • Make sure someone aged 18+ is present to receive the delivery

  • Clear a path to your desired drop-off location

  • Measure doorways, hallways, and entry points in advance

  • Flag any potential access challenges ahead of time

Do I need to be home for delivery?

An adult 18+ must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Can the team bring the sauna inside my home?

Yes, they will bring it in to the room you designate.

Will they assemble the sauna for me?

No, assembly is not included in Room of Choice delivery. 

What if I have stairs or difficult access?

Room of Choice Delivery may not include complex maneuvering. If you anticipate challenges, reach out to us ahead of time so we can help you plan.

What should I do if something arrives damaged?

Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing and contact our support team right away so we can make it right. Please write "Pending Inspection" next to your signature, and reach out to our team with photos within 3 days of delivery.
