At Sun Home Saunas, we know that once you place your order, the next big question is, when will it arrive?

Shipping timelines vary depending on what you purchased. Below is a clear breakdown of what to expect.


Large Freight Items

Includes:

  • Saunas

  • Cold Plunge Pros

Estimated total timeline: 2 to 4 weeks

This includes warehouse preparation, freight transit, and delivery scheduling.

Step 1: Order Preparation
Most in stock freight items leave the warehouse within 7 business days.

Step 2: Freight Transit
Once your order leaves the warehouse, it typically takes 10 to 16 days to arrive at your local delivery terminal.

Because these are large freight shipments, they do not have traditional live tracking. While that may feel different from standard parcel shipments, our team monitors the shipment internally and can provide updates upon request.

Step 3: Delivery Scheduling
After the shipment arrives at your local terminal, the delivery team will contact you within about 48 hours to schedule your delivery date. Outreach may come via phone, text, or email.

Step 4: Delivery Window Confirmation
Approximately 24 hours before delivery, you will receive a four hour arrival window.

Please ensure:

  • Someone 18 years or older is present to receive and inspect the crate

  • The delivery path is clear and accessible

  • Installation is not scheduled for the same day as delivery if you are working with a third party installer such as Pure Install

If you selected Room of Choice delivery, that service will be completed at the time of delivery.


Small Parcel Items

Includes:

  • Inflatable Cold Plunges and Chillers

  • Accessories

  • Add-ons

  • Recovery tools

  • Smaller wellness products

Estimated timeline: 3 to 7 business days total in most cases

  • Most in stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days

  • You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

  • Transit time is typically a few business days depending on location


Made to Order Items

Some models, such as the custom Solaris line, are built specifically to order.

These items:

  • Enter a dedicated production phase after purchase

  • Are carefully crafted to your specifications

  • Ship once production is complete

Because these are fully customized builds, timelines vary. Our team oversees production and will coordinate delivery scheduling once your unit is ready to ship.


Out of Stock Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock:

  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they were received

  • You will receive confirmation once your item is back in stock and processing

  • No action is required on your end

We actively monitor inventory and prioritize backorders as soon as stock arrives.
