If your sauna is not turning on or appears to have lost power, this guide will walk you through a few key checks to help identify the issue.


Before You Begin

  • Turn off power at the breaker before inspecting any connections
  • Do not open electrical components unless instructed
  • If anything feels unclear, stop and contact support

Initial Checks

Confirm Power Supply

Start by verifying that your sauna is receiving power.

  • Ensure the unit is properly connected to its power source
  • Test the outlet (if applicable) with another device
  • Confirm the sauna is connected to the correct voltage circuit

Check the Breaker

Locate your home’s electrical panel and inspect the breaker assigned to the sauna.

  • If the breaker is tripped, reset it by switching it fully OFF, then back ON

If the breaker trips again, discontinue troubleshooting and contact support.


Inspect the Power Connection

Take a moment to visually check the power connection.

  • Ensure all connections are secure
  • Look for any visible damage, wear, or discoloration

If you notice any damage, do not continue using the sauna.


Verify Main Power Switch

Some models include a main power switch near the base or rear of the unit.

  • Confirm the switch is in the ON position
