Welcome to Your Eclipse Sauna
Congratulations! You are now the owner of a Sun Home Eclipse infrared sauna. This manual will help you get started, stay safe, and enjoy every session to the fullest.
Your Eclipse sauna uses infrared light and heat together to deliver two powerful benefits at once:
- Far infrared heat penetrates deep into your muscles and tissues, boosting circulation and helping your body repair and recover.
- Heat creates a detoxifying sweat, activates heat shock proteins, and gives your body the positive stress it needs to get stronger.
- Full-spectrum heaters add near and mid infrared wavelengths, giving you a broader range of wellness benefits.
Science shows that regular infrared sauna use can help improve circulation, ease pain, support detox, reduce stress, speed up muscle recovery, improve sleep, and boost energy. Your experience is unique. Listen to your body and enjoy the journey.
Start with short sessions (5–10 minutes, 2–3 times per week). As you feel the benefits, gradually increase your session length, temperature, and frequency.

Red Light Therapy
|
|
Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared light to support a variety of conditions. It can help regenerate cells, restore cell function, and increase blood flow, which can help relieve pain and heal. Red light therapy can also help with muscle and joint pain and stiffness, and can relax muscles.
Using the Red Light Panel
- Controls for the red light panel are located on the side of the panel.
- Select NIR / near infrared light (1), RED / visible red light (2), or both.
- Set the desired session time using the DOWN/UP buttons (3, 4).
- Indicator light (5) glows red when the RED light is on; indicator light (6) glows green when the NIR light is on.
- Recommended: 20 minutes at least 3 times per week, at 6–24 inches distance.
Safety When Using Red Light with Sauna Heaters
Do not look directly into the red light panel. Prolonged direct staring may cause eye strain or retinal stress over time. Protective goggles are optional — you may instead look away or close your eyes. Carefully read the warnings regarding goggle use.
Wearing protective goggles while the heaters are on limits your visibility and increases the risk of accidental contact with hot surfaces. Always position yourself safely before putting on goggles and do not move while wearing them.
- Always sit down and position yourself away from the full-spectrum heaters before putting on protective goggles.
- Do not move or reposition while wearing goggles. If you need to move, remove the goggles first and confirm the location of all heating elements before proceeding.
- Keep a safe distance from all heaters at all times. Contact with any heater surface can cause severe burns.
- Red light therapy panels are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. For general wellness use only.
- Do not use over open wounds or active infections.
- Consult your physician before use if you have photosensitivity disorders, pacemakers, metal implants, heart disease, epilepsy, or are pregnant.
Red Light Warnings
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the sauna is correctly installed and grounded to prevent electrical hazards.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect the panels for damage, especially to electrical components. Discontinue use immediately if repairs are needed.
- Avoid Modification: Do not alter the equipment, as this could void warranties and create safety risks.
