I am on week 2 of using the mask and I can see a smoother complexion. Hard to explain but the pigment color is more even on my face. I am hopeful that the sun spots will eventually fade.

I have been using it for a few weeks now and have noticed massive improvement in the overall texture of my skin. I have struggled with large painful breakouts and have noticed a drastic decrease in size of my breakouts! I use both the red and blue light settings each for about 10 minutes a few nights a week! Super easy to store and clean as well!

Update of earlier review re Velcro straps

I submitted a review earlier today complaining that the Velcro straps were too short and realized after I sent the review that I hadn't attached them correctly. I was wrapping them around the front of the mask instead of looping them in the back only. Once I switched to the RIGHT WAY (eyeroll for my ineptitude) the mask was a much better fit. Not as tight on the face. I will say that it's still a snug fit and when I lift the mask off, my skin looks blotchy but I think this is normal. Anyway, I don't want to mislead readers and hope this update corrects that. If you want to delete my earlier review please do so. I will be using this often and look forward to seeing the results. (P.S. I still don't know whether I'm supposed to use the rubber eye inserts or if that is optional. The manual has no information about these. It would be helpful if you could include information about this.)

I love the flexibility of the mask and that I can bring it on travel. It does seem to at the very least calm my skin down during breakouts. Hoping after more frequent use the breakouts are gone for good.
