So glad I bought the bamboo insert. Now I don’t need to wear clothes in my sauna blanket and I can easily throw the insert in the wash and have it ready to use the very next day. I’m actually considering buying a second one!

After using a sauna blanket for almost 9 months, I don’t know how I lived without this. Sauna blankets are amazing, but it can be a struggle to get situated inside when using a towel. The blanket is like a big, soft potato sack and just makes the whole process much easier (if you don’t like to wear clothes like me). It’s pretty large, and easy to get in perfect position without fighting a war with a towel or your clothes. If you plan on frequently using a sauna blanket (nakie), I would say this is an absolute must.
