Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Sun Home Saunas app (Sun Home Saunas, on the App Store and Google Play) and what happens to your data. You can delete your account at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Sun Home app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account closes right away.

Without the app

Email info@sunhomesaunas.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Sun Home account”. We’ll confirm your request and let you know when it’s done.

What happens

• Your account, sessions (including any heart-rate samples an earlier app version saved before November 2026), saved devices, shared access and connected-service tokens (Oura, WHOOP) are erased within 30 days. Backup copies expire within 30 days.
• Your sauna or cold plunge stays paired to its controller account; you can set it up again with a new account.
• Workouts already saved to Apple Health or another health app stay there.
• Sun Home marketing email is a separate subscription; unsubscribe from any Sun Home email to stop it.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings (iPhone) or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android).
