The insert did a great job at absorbing all of my sweat and keeping it from reaching the sauna blanket. Very comfortable!
Decent barrier for catching sweat
The bamboo insert is pretty alright - I have stopped using it though and just towel off and clean up the sauna after each session, since that is slightly easier for me than washing and hanging dry the insert each time
Good for shorter people
It is well made & helps for easy clean up. I would give it 5 stars if it were a bit thicker & longer.

This blanket has been a life saver for me. It works just as good as a normal sauna and I don’t have to leave my house to get a good sweat session in! Love it.
Makes for a better experience
The insert makes it easier to use the sauna blanket, it feels nice and absorbs sweat well. I like that it is cotton and bamboo, so that is a plus. It makes cleaning the sauna bag easier too. I gave it three stars because the material sheds little pieces of black lint fuzz everywhere! Also, even though I am very careful with the insert and when doing laundry, there were a few loose threads hanging off it after the first wash, which is disappointing given the price. I think I would have been less disappointed if I had seen a review that warned me, hence why I am writing this one. Still, it makes the sauna blanket experience easier and nicer, and I'm glad I bought it.
Great blanket
The only reason I gave this 4 stars because of the price. Could be lower, but none the less, the blanket is soft, great quality, and looks great!
It’s quite nice
Insert is an essential for the sauna blanket!
I love how cozy and soft the insert is. It is also a thick dense weave, so it absorbs all the sweat while I'm in the sauna blanket, and makes cleaning the blanket unnecessary. The combination of 80% bamboo fiber and 20% cotton makes it about the softest plushest fabric I've ever had my bare skin against. My only complaint is that it does not have a slit down the side to make it easy to slip into. So I opened up the seam myself and made a slit, re-hemming the edges so they will not fray. I suggest that SunHome have them manufactured this way, as it is too difficult to get in and out of the tube configuration. If they make them with the slit, I will buy two more immediately.

Easy maintenance
very easy to use. The sauna blanket is kept clean so that I just wipe it once a while (every 2-3 usage). As for the insert, I just throw it in the washing machine for washing and drying, every time I use it.
