The Sun Home Infrared Sauna Blanket is a portable far-infrared heating wrap with state-of-the-art EMF shielding. Designed for at-home use anywhere you can lie down — bedroom, living room, recovery space, or while traveling. Far-infrared heat in a compact, fold-up form factor.
For supplemental use alongside (or in place of) a full sauna. The blanket delivers far-infrared heat to your body but doesn't heat the surrounding air the way a sauna cabin does. Plan to lie flat inside the wrap for 30–45 minute sessions.

Who Fits Inside
The interior length is approximately 65 inches, which comfortably accommodates most adults up to about 5'5" lying fully inside the wrap. Taller users typically use the blanket with feet or head extending outside the seal — this still delivers the heat benefit through the body's core.
How to Use
- Unfold the blanket on a flat surface — a bed, yoga mat, or floor with a towel underneath works well.
- Plug the control unit into a standard 120V outlet.
- Set your temperature on the control unit. Most users start at a moderate setting and adjust based on how their body responds.
- Wait a few minutes for the blanket to reach temperature.
- Wear loose, lightweight clothing or wrap yourself in a towel before stepping inside — direct contact with the heated interior can be uncomfortable.
- Lie inside the blanket and zip up. Most sessions are 30–45 minutes.
- Hydrate during and after the session. Cool down gradually before standing up.
Care and Cleaning
- Wipe the interior down with a damp cloth and a drop of gentle soap after each session. The waterproof PU material wipes clean easily.
- Air the blanket out, unzipped, for 10–15 minutes after a session before storing.
- Do not submerge the blanket or its control unit in water — wipe-clean only.
- Fold and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid sharp creases or stacking heavy objects on top.
Electrical and Safety
- Plug into a standard 120V household outlet. No dedicated circuit needed.
- Do not use the blanket while standing or walking — lie flat for the duration of the session.
- Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device without consulting a physician first.
- Do not use during pregnancy without consulting a physician.
- If you feel lightheaded, overheated, or unwell during a session, exit the blanket and cool down.
EMF
The blanket measures less than 0.5 micro-teslas of EMF output, well below typical household-appliance levels. Sun Home selected the heating element and shielding specifically to keep EMF exposure as low as possible during use.
