Purchased an Solstice 3 person person sauna, delivery went without an issue, packaging was great. Assembled it myself in 3 hours, directions were the best I have ever received for a product Been using it for a week, temp gets to 140F within 10 minutes. The Sun Home team reached out immediately after purchasing to notify me that the design was on back order, but it took less time than predicted for manufacturing and delivery! Our sauna arrived a few weeks ago and it was extremely easy to assemble with two people. Currently our only compliant is the time it takes to heat up (1.5-2hrs) which may be due to the sauna being in an unfinished basement (ambient temperature is cold). We are hoping time to heat up will improve once we finish the basement. Overall we have been very happy with the sauna thus far.
