I decided to purchase the Solstice 4 sauna by Sun Home as a birthday gift for my wife. We are a couple in our 30s/40s with a 3-year-old toddler. The sauna was shipped the day after I made the purchase and arrived in approximately 2 weeks. The delivery process was smooth, the packaging was excellent, and there were no issues with damage. Unboxing the sauna in my garage was straightforward, and I was able to carry everything up to our second-story bonus room without any problems in about 30 minutes. However, if you're not accustomed to carrying heavy objects, having a second person would be beneficial. I assembled the sauna myself using a manual screwdriver, and it took me around 1.5 hours to complete. The directions provided were clear and easy to follow. The most challenging part was installing the bench seat, but with a little effort, I managed to get it in place. When my wife came home, she requested that we move the sauna to the opposite corner of the room. At that point, it was about 75% built (excluding the front wall/door and roof), and we were able to relocate it without any issues. In terms of construction, I would rate it as excellent for the price. Asthetically, the sauna looks really nice, and once fully assembled and in use, it adds an elegant touch to any home. It has a high-end appearance. This unit is perfect for home use by a couple or a small group of friends or neighbors. I wouldn't recommend it for a commercial setting where it would be used continuously throughout the day by different people. For us and our neighbors, it seems like it will last for several years without any issues. During our first use, everything powered on smoothly, warmed up quickly, and was easy to operate without even consulting the directions. The controls are intuitive. Bluetooth connectivity worked seamlessly, and the speakers provide nice sound. They may not be suitable for blasting high-volume concerts, but for playing soft music at a low or medium level, they are more than sufficient. We also purchased the chromotherapy light, which I highly recommend. Regardless of the therapeutic benefits, the light itself adds a fantastic ambiance when switched on. I sat in it for around 10 minutes at 140 degrees Fahrenheit and began sweating profusely. My wife lasted for 30 minutes and absolutely loved it. The sauna gets plenty hot, and I wouldn't want it any hotter than that.
We LOVE about sauna!! It was very easy to assemble. It heats up fast and is comfortable to sit in. We love in Hawaii and it normally takes forever for items of Thai size to get here but this arrived in just 2 weeks, I couldn’t believe it!
