Entries must be postmarked by October 29, 2026, and received by November 3, 2026. Mail-in entries receive the same consideration as online entries and do not require marketing consent. Limit one entry per person across all entry methods.
Sun Home Saunas will select one potential winner in a random drawing on or about November 6, 2026, and notify them at the email address provided with their entry.
The potential winner must sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within five days of the first attempted delivery of those documents. A valid mailing address must be provided within five days of notification.
A completed IRS Form W-9 is required before prize fulfillment. Failure to provide it within five days of notification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Tonal Systems, Inc. will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the Tonal prize components. Fish & Fischer, LLC dba Sun Home Saunas will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the sauna prize component.
Prizes will be fulfilled approximately eight to ten weeks after the sweepstakes ends and the winner’s eligibility has been verified. See Official Rules for complete requirements.
