The Ultimate Home Wellness Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is co-sponsored by Tonal Systems, Inc., 69 Converse Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94103, and Fish & Fischer, LLC dba Sun Home Saunas, 1804 Garnet Ave, PMB 216, San Diego, CA 92109 (each a “Sponsor” and collectively the “Sponsors”). The Promotion is administered by Fish & Fischer, LLC dba Sun Home Saunas (the “Administrator”).

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 29, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsors’ computer or clock shall be the official timekeeper for all purposes of this Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period (12:00 a.m. ET on October 16, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. ET on October 29, 2026), visit the sweepstakes landing page https://sunhomesaunas.com/pages/tonals-sun-home-saunas-giveaway (the “Website”), which is managed by the Administrator, and complete the entry form by submitting your name and email address (each valid submission, an “Entry”). Limit one (1) Entry per person throughout the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

By submitting an Entry online, each entrant will be opting in to receive marketing emails from Tonal Systems, Inc. and Fish & Fischer, LLC dba Sun Home Saunas (the “Sponsors”), subject to the Sponsors’ respective privacy policies. Entrants may opt out of receiving such marketing emails at any time without affecting the validity of their Entry. Entrants who do not wish to opt in to receive marketing emails may instead enter by mail as described in Section 2 below; opting in to receive marketing emails is not required to enter or win.

All Entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated or programmed means, or entries that are forged, mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or irregular in any way, are void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple identities, email addresses, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Administrator. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Administrator.

2. MAIL-IN ENTRY

As an alternative method of entry, handprint on a 3” x 5” piece of paper your name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and email address, and mail it in a #10 stamped envelope to: Sun Home Saunas, The Ultimate Home Wellness Sweepstakes, 1804 Garnet Ave, PMB 216, San Diego, CA 92109. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 29, 2026 and received by November 3, 2026. Limit one (1) Entry per person, regardless of method of entry (online or mail-in). Mail-in entries that are illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, or obtained through unauthorized channels will be deemed void. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Administrator is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, or postage-due mail. All mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. Mail-in entrants will receive the same consideration as online entrants and are not required to opt in to marketing emails to be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Tonal Systems, Inc. and Fish & Fischer, LLC dba Sun Home Saunas (the “Sponsors”), the Administrator, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and members of the immediate families of any of the foregoing are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” is defined as spouse, biological parents, adoptive parents, stepparents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. Persons living in the same household as any such individual, whether related or not, are also ineligible. The Promotion is void outside the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited or restricted by federal, state, or local law, rule, or regulation. This Promotion is registered with the New York Department of State and with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and surety bonds have been posted in New York and Florida, in accordance with applicable law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.

4. WINNER DETERMINATION AND PRIZE CLAIM

On or about November 6, 2026, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules to select one (1) potential winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received. The potential winner will be notified at the email address provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must execute and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of first attempted delivery of such documents. The potential winner must also provide a valid mailing address for prize fulfillment within five (5) days of notification.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return the required documents within the specified time period, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. In the event of disqualification or forfeiture, the Administrator will select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible Entries. This alternate selection process may occur up to three (3) times, after which the prize will not be awarded.

Prizes will be fulfilled within approximately eight (8) to ten (10) weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion Period and verification of the winner’s eligibility.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the following:

The Sun Home sauna prize component includes only standard curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States; site preparation, assembly, installation, and any required electrical work or permits are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance or use of any prize that are not expressly listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Stated ARVs are as of the date of printing of these Official Rules, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded.

No substitutions or transfers of any prize or any portion thereof shall be permitted by the winner, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. If the advertised prize (or any component thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Winner agrees to look solely to the manufacturer or supplier for any warranty claims.

In no event will more prizes be awarded than the number stated in these Official Rules. The Grand Prize is non-transferable. Any portion of the prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited.

6. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes arising from the receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Promotion. The winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) prior to prize fulfillment. Tonal Systems, Inc. will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the Tonal prize components (Tonal trainer, ultimate accessory bundle, delivery and installation, and one-year Tonal subscription). Sun Home Saunas (Fish & Fischer, LLC dba Sun Home Saunas) will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the Sun Home Sauna prize component. Each Sponsor’s reporting obligation is limited to the prize component that such Sponsor provides. Failure to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 within five (5) days of notification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. The Sponsors and Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be required to pay any taxes on behalf of the winner.

7. PUBLICITY

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Sponsors and their designees may use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, biographical information, and prize information for advertising, promotional, trade, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. The winner further agrees that Sponsors shall have no obligation to publish or otherwise use any of the above-referenced materials, and that Sponsors shall incur no liability for any use or non-use of such materials. The winner waives any right to inspect or approve any use of such materials by Sponsors or their designees.

8. RELEASE

By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Tonal Systems, Inc., Fish & Fischer, LLC dba Sun Home Saunas, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, parent companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all actions, claims, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including without limitation any claims for personal injury, death, damage to or loss of property, or any other loss or harm of any kind, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (a) participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity; (b) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize or any component thereof; (c) any technical or human error in the administration of the Promotion; or (d) any interaction with other entrants or third parties in connection with the Promotion. Each entrant further agrees that the Released Parties shall have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, or trademark infringement relating to the entrant’s participation in the Promotion.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or any part thereof, if fraud, virus, bug, technical failure, human error, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsors corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such event, Sponsors may select the winner from all eligible Entries received prior to the action taken.

Any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Website, or any other aspect of the Promotion, or who violates these Official Rules, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage, undermine, or interfere with the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion, including errors in printing, advertising, or these Official Rules.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Official Rules, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of the Sponsors or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (d) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of Entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize.

If, for any reason, an entrant’s Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry in the Promotion, if possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded in this Promotion.

11. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, class arbitration, or any other type of representative proceeding; (b) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California or the appropriate California state court located in San Francisco County, California; (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees, and in no event shall an entrant be entitled to receive punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any other damages, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim such damages; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

Information collected from entrants in connection with this Promotion will be collected by or on behalf of both Sponsors, Tonal Systems, Inc. and Fish & Fischer, LLC dba Sun Home Saunas, for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, awarding prizes, and providing post-Promotion offers or marketing communications for which the entrant has provided consent. Each Sponsor will comply with all applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), in connection with the collection, use, and storage of entrant information.

Entrant information is subject to each Sponsor’s respective privacy policy. Tonal’s privacy policy is available at: https://www.tonal.com/privacy/. Sun Home Saunas’ privacy policy is available at: https://sunhomesaunas.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that both Sponsors may collect and use entrant information as described in these Official Rules and their respective privacy notices.

13. WINNERS LIST

For the name of the winner, available after confirmation of the winner is complete, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Sun Home Saunas, The Ultimate Home Wellness Sweepstakes Winners List, 1804 Garnet Ave, PMB 216, San Diego, CA 92109. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2026. The winner’s name may also be posted on the Website or other channels designated by the Sponsors after winner confirmation is complete.

The Administrator is responsible for entry collection, eligibility determinations, method of awarding prizes, winner selection, winner notification, verification, and prize fulfillment coordination.

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Promotion must be directed to the Sponsors or Administrator only. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform or social media site.
