I didn’t know what I was getting into with this order. I hoped it would be quality and was pleasantly surprised ! First day I had it I didn’t know what temps I could handle. I set it on 47 degrees and left it to run. A few hours later I came back and gave it a shot. Way too cold for me!! Made it a minute. Finally settled on 5 minutes at 55 degrees. 20 seconds of pure panic breathing and then 4:40 of quiet thought. Really enjoy it. I am surprised that the level doesn’t go up very much when i get in. Filled it pretty low thinking water would go over the sides. This thing is big and doesn’t displace near as much as you’d think. Machine is really solid and nice. Works hard and keeps water clean.

Overall, I am very happy with the product. The cover sent with the tub does not fit properly (only 2 of 4 clips are physically able to be clipped in), but after reaching out to support, a new cover is being sent to me. I appreciate the efforts made by their support team. I would recommend this product to anyone in the market for a cold plunge.

After doing a lot of research on cold plunges I purchased the Sun Home Cold Plunge. Reasons 1) size - we wanted a quality tub that you could fully submerse to your neck and not feel cramped (family ranges from 100-230 lbs & 5’5” - 6’2”), 2) Chiller specs. are top of line - tub actually keeps water temp really well but when we need to turn the chiller on it cools quite fast. We have only used the Chiller as a chiller but are excited that if we need a “hot” tub the Chiller has that ability. We also utilize the app to pre cool from a far so it is ready when you want it. 3)Easy set up and clean 4) price was really fair compared to comparable competitors 5) good customer service -. we received the plunge timely and set up was easy. We had a question about set-up and the customer service was exceptional. Overall tub and Chiller is everything we were hoping for. Our family is using daily and love what it is doing for our bodies and our minds!
