What to Know Before Your First Plunge

01 Prep the Site

Pick a flat surface rated for the filled weight, keep 36 inches of airflow around the setup, and place the chiller with its fan facing away — at least 40 inches from the tub or any wall.

02 Plan the Power

It plugs into a standard 110–120V GFCI outlet on a 15A breaker. No electrician, no special wiring.

03 First Fill

Let the chiller stand upright and unplugged for 4 hours before first use — the refrigerant needs to settle after shipping. Then inflate, fill, and confirm water is flowing from the jets before you go further.

01 The Tub

A puncture-resistant inflatable tub — vertical or horizontal — with an insulated cover, carrying case, and a repair kit that patches anything up to 10×20 cm.

02 The Chiller

The standalone chiller cools and heats, covering 32°F to 107°F — cold plunge in the morning, warm soak at night.

03 The Filtration

A metal mesh filter catches hair and debris, a 20-micron paper filter handles the fine stuff, and ozone injection keeps the water sanitized.

01 Where It Lives

Indoors or out — but the chiller needs ambient temperatures above 40°F to run, and a spot at least 5 feet from other appliances.

02 Who It Fits

Choose vertical (compact footprint, seated soak) or horizontal (full recline) — both hold roughly 80–90 gallons.

03 Stay Connected

Set temperature from the app over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, watch the live flow-rate readout, and lock the controls with child lock.

01 After Each Plunge

Let the water circulate for 30 minutes after your plunge, then switch the chiller off and put the cover on.

02 On a Schedule

Rinse the metal filter weekly, swap the paper filter every 2 weeks to 2 months depending on use (or when flow drops below 17 L/min), and change the water every 2–3 weeks.

03 Seasons & Storage

Going more than 3 weeks without plunging? Drain the tub and flush the chiller. Never let water sit in the chiller through freezing weather.
