Incredible Product and Strong Customer Service
I absolutely love the sauna, it's an amazing set up! I use it almost every day and find great satisfaction from it. it's beautiful and very effective. The assembly was as easy as advertised. Great design, aesthetic and brings the vibe of the entire out door garden space up. The heat distributes evenly. All my friends love it. I've got a music project - SWAYLÓ and have made a few posts of it on my instagram and people are always so impressed by the Sun Home Sauna. Had a few minor issues and the Sun Home Sauna team worked diligently to find solutions and make me happy. I am impressed with the customer service and solution mind set of the company. Better than I’d hoped.
This thing is a monster. I’ll have to admit I was very intimidated to assemble after the crate arrived. I recommend at least 3 people to help unpack the 5 person sauna. I was able to assemble it with just 1 person. The video linked is so helpful. All together we had it completed in about 90mins. Helpful tip, remove all the protective covering before assemble. It’s really hard to remove after. Make sure you have silicone caulk before. As far as functionality, it is incredible. Heats to 165 in less than 20 mins. Ver comfortable and the lights and speakers make a relaxing vibe. Really glad the tint is so dark on the glass. This is a great sauna.

World class product and world class customer service. We’re out on the north shore of Kauai, and a couple of the heaters arrived with broken glass. No questions asked, FedEx delivered us replacements within a week. We LOVE it!

I hope to own one of these some day, but seen them live and in action, this is not your average sauna, not only does it get your sweat on, but also aesthetically pleasing, and enhances the sauna time!
Finally have my sauna
I waited over a year, researching and shopping around, trying to pick out the best outdoor sauna for my family. I finally found it! We absolutely love it! The set up took longer than we thought it would, but it was worth the work. We have gone in there almost every night and are in love.

Arrived on schedule. The assembly was as easy as advertised, Two people did the job but a couple of times 3 people would have been useful. It has worked wonderfully since I first turned it on. If you want a company with first class customer service and a beautiful sauna you can depend on, then Sun Homes Sauna is for you.
